Cordel Play is a physical product in a box. It is not a subscription and will never be sold as one.
I am not taking paid preorders for it. Under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, taking your money means committing to ship within a stated time, or within 30 days if no time is stated, and having a real process for getting your consent or refunding you when that slips. There is no approved shipment date, no approved price and no approved refund process yet, so there is nothing here I could honestly charge you for.
