This is primarily an informational website.

The ByteLite LLC website provides information about the company, its technology and its products. It is not a general consumer storefront. Two narrow commercial surfaces are planned - the founder reservation system described below, and the Founder Supporter Pack - and neither is currently able to take a payment. Their specific terms are still being drafted and are not published yet; they will be published, and you will be asked to accept them, before either can charge anything. No product is available for retail purchase through this website.

Commerce is switched off.

Payment on this website is handled by Stripe and is currently in test mode with every checkout control disabled at the server. A request to start a checkout is refused, not processed. No card is charged, no subscription is created and no payment method is stored.

Where a product's price has not been set, this website offers a no-charge founder reservation rather than a paid preorder. Where a price exists but the product does not, it still offers a reservation. These terms will be updated, and you will be shown and asked to accept the change, before any live charge is possible.

Cordel Play is a physical product for adults aged 18 or over. It will not accept a paid preorder until ByteLite LLC has a reasonable basis for a stated shipment time and an operating delay-consent and refund process, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

The Founder Supporter Pack is a one-time purchase of digital goods from a for-profit company. It is not a charitable donation, is not tax deductible, and conveys no equity, repayment right, ownership, product access or control over development.

Technical descriptions.

Descriptions of how ByteLite works on this website explain principles, objectives and claim boundaries. They do not disclose or license proprietary implementation, and they are informational rather than a representation of current product capability. Anything described as a target or an objective is exactly that, and must not be read as a claim of existing capability.

Founder preorder and reservations.

Where a product's launch price is not yet announced, this website may offer a no-charge founder reservation rather than a paid preorder. A reservation does not charge any payment method and does not obligate a future purchase. Separate preorder terms govern reservations and any future paid preorder, and are provided at the point of reservation.

Product status may change.

Product and project statuses described on this website reflect the best available information at the time of writing. No representation is made that any status is permanent or binding. ByteLite LLC may update, delay, cancel, or modify any product or project without prior notice.

Research claims are not production claims.

Research described on this website is private and ongoing. Research status does not constitute a claim of commercial readiness, public availability, or independent verification. No production infrastructure product is currently offered by ByteLite LLC.

Architecture descriptions.

Architecture and research descriptions on this website are informational and do not disclose or license proprietary technology. They explain the system design, research objectives, and claim boundaries; they do not constitute mechanism disclosure, patent claims, or production claims.

Proprietary technology.

ByteLite LLC's research methodology and technology systems are proprietary. Nothing on this website grants any license to use, copy, or build upon ByteLite LLC's systems. Use of any ByteLite technology requires a separate license agreement.

This website is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. ByteLite LLC makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided. Use of this website is at your own risk.
