What Makes It Different

Built around three things most dating apps ignore.

Most apps show you an endless stream of faces and let you swipe. HeartStrings Connect is built around whether two people genuinely fit, keeping your private answers actually private, and watching out for your safety when you go meet someone in real life.

Matching that goes deeper than a swipe

A compatibility questionnaire that starts short — about 75 questions — and can go as deep as you want, all the way up to hundreds of questions covering your values, how you handle emotions, your lifestyle, your plans for the future, and your intimacy preferences. HeartStrings uses your answers to surface people you are genuinely compatible with.

Respects your dealbreakers both ways: if something is a hard no, it won’t match you with someone who fails it — and it won’t match you to someone whose hard no is you.
Figures out your love language, and your zodiac sign from your birthday.
Gives you a daily horoscope.

Private answers protected by real cryptography

When you finish the survey, your answers are mathematically split into two scrambled halves that are sent to two separate places — and neither half means anything on its own. Even HeartStrings’ own servers can’t read what you actually answered, so your most personal information never sits anywhere readable.

Most apps say “we protect your data.” This one is built so it literally can’t see it.

Safety treated as a core feature, not an afterthought

Meeting a stranger in person is the risky part of online dating, so before or during a date you can share your live location with people you trust and drop check-in pins on a real map as the night goes — “I’m leaving now,” “I’ve arrived,” “I’m back at my car” — so your trusted contacts know you’re okay.

Set up emergency contacts, plus a spoken safety phrase you can say if you ever feel unsafe.
Honest by design: it tells you plainly when it’s contacting someone.
It never pretends to be the police or 911, and it never secretly records anyone.
