Data Collection

ByteLite collects minimal data necessary to provide our services:

Email addresses (for early-access notifications and product updates)
Basic analytics (page views, no personal data -- Google Analytics, requires consent)
Technical support inquiries
Deep Kore Lab prompt submissions (see section below)

Data Usage

We use collected data solely for:

Sending product updates, early-access invitations, and security notices
Responding to support requests and feedback
Deep Kore nightly learning updates (prompt corpus, see section below)

Deep Kore Lab Interactions

The Deep Kore Lab at /deepkore-lab allows users to submit prompts to the AIya learning corpus. The following applies to all Deep Kore Lab interactions:

Interactions are logged. Prompts submitted through the Deep Kore Lab are recorded by our server.
Used for nightly learning updates. Submitted prompts may be included in the nightly learning corpus and processed by the local Deep Kore runtime during overnight builds. This is the purpose of the lab.
Structural and language learning only. Website interactions are used for structural learning, term learning, response analysis, and language deconstruction. They do NOT automatically become factual truth in the knowledge base. Truth and fact promotion is a separate governed process.
No live responses. The Deep Kore runtime is not yet publicly deployed. Prompt submissions are queued. No real-time AI response is generated from the website.
Do not submit sensitive information. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, personal, or identifying information through the Deep Kore Lab. Treat all submissions as potentially stored and used for system improvement.
Email and newsletter data is separate. Email addresses collected for updates are not included in the Deep Kore learning corpus.
Governance. All learning updates are governed by the Genesis Goal Keeper framework, which enforces safety constraints on what the system may learn and how it may respond.

Demo Upload Handling

When you use our compression demo:

Local Processing: Files are processed entirely in your browser. No data is uploaded to our servers.
No Retention: We do not store, retain, or access any files you process through the demo.
No Training: Demo data is never used for machine learning or model training.
Privacy: Please do not upload sensitive, confidential, or personal data to the demo.

Data Protection

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Access your stored information
