A savings claim is only meaningful if the cost it removed did not simply move somewhere else. ByteCost is the architecture’s planned layer for accounting burden, value, and consequence, so that "savings" and "efficiency" claims across ByteLite LLC systems stay tied to verified accounting rather than marketing arithmetic.
