Mission
Identity first. Compression second.
ByteLite exists to test a strict premise before any higher-level claim is made: a system that cannot preserve identity exactly should not be trusted to preserve meaning. ByteLite is the first proof surface for that premise, because exact reconstruction is measurable — either the original decodes back exactly, or it does not.
ByteLite is the foundation layer of the ByteLite LLC architecture — Deep Kore and ByteSight are designed to build on the structural guarantees ByteLite is responsible for proving first. Internal encoding rules, generator details, and carrier formats are trade secrets and are not disclosed on this site.
