Mission

A wrap, never a rewrite.

Deterministic outbound delivery-calibration layer applying a signed emotional-temperature axis without altering governed response content.

Current Capabilities

What exists today.

Internally Validated

A deterministic, integer-only mapping from content to a signed temperature axis, with a bounded correction toward center applied before delivery

Internally Validated

Pure-wrap guarantee: the underlying governed response text, source reference, tier, answerability, governance stamp, and audit fields are left byte-identical — only a wrap is added around them

Internally Validated

A true-off mode verified to produce no wrap and no change to the raw sourced answer

Internally Validated

Determinism verified by byte-identical output across repeated runs

In Development

Active work.

  • Full end-to-end integration through the AIya conversational path in production, beyond the current engine-level validation

End-Game Functionality Goals

The target architecture — not the current system.

Everything below describes what Revelation Vanguard is designed to become. It is not a claim that this exists today.

  • Full AIya-path integration with the governed payload proven unchanged end-to-end
  • Extension of delivery calibration to additional Cordel-facing surfaces where appropriate

Validation and Evidence

Proof posture.

  • Internal validation, 2026-08-01: three dedicated test executables (test_vanguard_invariants, test_vanguard_stageb, test_vanguard_inbound) were run directly against the canonical Deep Kore build (D:\LLC_Projects\DeepKore) and independently confirmed to pass — 2,964 of 2,964 assertions, zero failures, exit code 0 on all three.
  • These three test executables are not currently part of the main 195-test registered CTest suite; they were verified by direct execution.
  • Private research only. No internal mapping tables, correction formulas, or band structures are disclosed publicly.
  • Not a claim that response content is altered, generated, or fabricated — the layer is verified to wrap, not rewrite, the underlying governed text.
  • Not independently verified by a party outside ByteLite LLC.

What this is not.

Not a public product of any kind.
Not a claim that governed response content is ever altered — verified as a pure wrap.
Not a claim of full end-to-end AIya-path integration — validated at the engine level, not yet confirmed through the full production conversational path.

Integration

How it connects.

Receives

  • Governed response text from Deep Kore, prior to emission

Produces

  • A temperature-calibrated delivery wrap around the unchanged governed response

Consumed by

  • AIya (planned full-path integration)
